ANY 7 NIGHT STAY ONLY $1,750 FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK!!!!!Please note the price is for the Entire House- Not per person.
Shorter stays available (starting at $275 per night)
Holiday Weeks: add $50 per night.
Pool Heating, if required (winter months or based on personal preference) is payable at the rate of $25 per day. (arrangements can be made with the property management company upon arrival).
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all reservations.
Weekend arrivals/departures preferred.
There is a cleaning fee of $125 for bookings less than 7 nights.
